Visit the Register page and fill in the three-step form — personal details, account credentials, and confirmation. It takes under three minutes. You'll need a valid email address and a Philippine mobile number (09XXXXXXXXX format). Once submitted, check your email for a verification link and click it to activate your account. Registration is completely free — no joining fee.
The minimum age is 18 years old. Wild Ace strictly enforces this requirement and verifies age during both registration and the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited. Wild Ace is committed to keeping gaming away from minors.
No — each person may only hold one Wild Ace account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you can't access your existing account, contact support at support@wildace.best to recover it rather than registering again.
You can update your contact details from Account Settings after logging in. Changes to registered email or mobile number require identity verification for security reasons — you'll be prompted to confirm via OTP sent to your current contact details before the update is applied. If you've lost access to your registered number or email, contact support directly.
Wild Ace does not require an ID upload during initial registration. KYC verification is triggered when your cumulative withdrawal amount reaches a defined threshold, or when our compliance team flags an account for review. Accepted IDs include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, and PRC ID. Completing KYC removes withdrawal restrictions and is a one-time process.
To permanently close your account, contact Wild Ace support at support@wildace.best. Before closure, ensure any remaining balance has been withdrawn. If you want a temporary break instead, consider a cooling-off period or self-exclusion via Responsible Gaming settings — these let you pause your account without permanent closure.
Deposits & Payments
Wild Ace accepts: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO/BPI/UnionBank internet banking, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All payment methods are Philippine-based — there are no international wire transfer requirements.

Withdrawals
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay take 30 minutes to a few hours depending on your bank. Withdrawals are processed Monday to Sunday including holidays. During peak periods (weekend evenings), processing may take slightly longer.
The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per se, though larger withdrawals may require additional identity verification as part of Wild Ace's compliance process. This is standard practice for licensed platforms and protects against fraud.
Wild Ace does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard GCash and Maya payouts. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay may carry a small processing fee depending on the bank. The full amount minus any applicable bank charges will be sent to your payment account.
Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: name mismatch between your Wild Ace account and your GCash/bank account; pending KYC verification; unsatisfied bonus wagering requirements; or an account restriction. Yes — but bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement (e.g. 10x) means you need to wager the bonus amount that number of times across eligible games. Your current bonus progress is visible in your account under the Bonuses section. Real-money deposits can always be withdrawn regardless of bonus status, subject to identity verification.

Yes — Wild Ace supports parlay (accumulator) bets where you combine multiple selections into one wager for a larger potential payout. All selections must win for a parlay to pay out. If a match is officially cancelled or postponed, bets on that event are voided and the stake is refunded to your Wild Ace account. This is processed automatically once the event status is confirmed. In a parlay, a voided selection is treated as a non-runner — the parlay continues with the remaining legs.

Once enabled, every login requires your password plus a one-time code sent to your phone. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if someone has your password.
Change your password immediately via Account Settings, then contact Wild Ace support via live chat or email at support@wildace.best. Our team will review your login history, identify where the access originated, and take protective action including temporarily locking your account. Enable 2FA as soon as your account is secured.
Wild Ace will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or social media. If you receive a message asking for your login credentials or personal financial details, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond or click any links. Forward the message to support@wildace.best so we can investigate and warn other players.
Responsible Gaming
Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Limits. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 72-hour waiting period, giving you time to reconsider if the request was made impulsively. Wild Ace recommends setting limits proactively before you feel you need them.
For a short break, use the Cooling-Off option (24 hours to 6 weeks) in Account Settings → Take a Break. For a longer or permanent break, use Self-Exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to permanent).
